Feasibility
Study
When your nonprofit organization has a bold vision that will make a major impact, we specialize in bringing that vision to life. Prior to launching a major gift, capital or comprehensive campaign, we customize a donor assessment process to engage major donors and determine potential interest, likelihood of success, available volunteer leadership and scope of project in four specific phases:
Phase I: Assessment, planning and preliminary case development
Phase II: Donor prospect identification and screening; questionnaire development
Phase III: Personal interviews and surveys
Phase IV: Analysis of findings and delivery of recommendations
Major Gift / Capital
Campaigns
Should the findings of the Feasibility Study support the organization moving forward with a capital or comprehensive campaign, we will structure a customized targeted campaign plan that includes four specific phases, using peer-to-peer volunteer leadership engagement supported by our consulting team:
Phase I: Campaign planning, strategy development and campaign leadership recruitment and development
Phase II: Peer-to-peer major gift cultivation and solicitation and institutional support grant requests
Phase III: Public campaign engagement and grassroots efforts
Phase IV: Gift collection and acknowledgement, multi-year pledge procurement and campaign wrap-up and celebration
Board and Leadership Development
We provide facilitation for leadership retreats and development, or strategic planning processes to help guide your Board and/or staff leadership to consensus and collaboration. We work with a core leadership team prior to the retreat or training to help identify issues and objectives, and create a customized plan to help accomplish the objectives, come to consensus on your vision and set your organization on a focused approach toward accomplishing your long-term goals.
